I extended my medical education with a specialized education on reprogramming the human mind (RTT) and further I started to study Yoga as a whole lifestyle. In my two upcoming workshops I will introduce you to the method RTT = Rapid Transformational Therapy, whose founder is the world famous British therapist Marisa Peer, and I will also introduce you to two very effective tools that RTT uses as standard, RFPI and Healing Vortex with Command Cell Therapy.

Make your way to your countryside retreat in Tuscany

Today marks the first step towards a new, brighter future. After landing in Italy, you'll transfer to your retreat tucked away in the rolling hills of Tuscany. For the next 8 days, you'll be focusing on releasing any blockages that might be holding you back from realizing the goals that you have for yourself. As soon as you're checked in, you'll have plenty of time to begin exploring the property, speaking with your fellow travelers, and unplugging from the stresses of your daily life. We'll meet in the evening as a group for dinner where we can set intentions and prepare to move bravely into this journey.

Day 2 · August 18, 2024

Partake in a session of transcendental meditation and pineal gland activation

Rise to a gorgeous morning here in quiet Tuscany and get ready to truly begin this foray into wellness. After breakfast, we'll attend a workshop focused on transcendental meditation and pineal gland activation. You'll clear your chakras, release buried traumas, and experience the benefits of delta brainwaves in this hugely transformational session. After lunch and free time, we close the day with a qigong session where we will move Qi energy throughout our systems to cleanse us of stress, anxiety, and anything else that might be holding us back in life. This will be followed by dinner.

Conquer your triggers, rewrite your past, and enjoy a delightful picnic on the beach

Today is focused on looking inward and rewriting the past. After breakfast, we'll go to a workshop focused on karmic debts and ancestral healing to help us rewrite our past. We'll then celebrate with a picnic lunch on the beach where we can enjoy nature, friendship, and great food. Finally, we'll end the day back at the retreat with qigong and dinner.

Embrace the Tuscan sun and enjoy some free time before a session of Qigong

Rise with the perfect Tuscan sun and enjoy a nourishing meal to fuel you for the day. As the day ontinues, you'll have plenty of free time to enjoy at leisure between meals — work on yourself and your inner being before partaking in a Qigong session before dinner.

Our trip up until now has been non-stop work on your personal journey. To help you fully absorb all of these changes and lessons, we'll take today as a free day. You can use this time however you need! Focus on self-care and simply listen to what your soul needs; you'll intuitively find your way.

Day 6 · August 22, 2024

Address, acknowledge, and release trauma today through source memory healing

Today we'll address emotional traumas and connect with our inner children via source memory healing. A profound way to release our painful memories, source memory healing directly targets those experiences that are weighing on us the most. This will allow you to rewrite your past in the Akashic record, letting go of that pain and moving forward unencumbered. After this transformation, we'll engage in a cooking class where we will develop a strong connection to Mother Earth via thoughtful, balanced meal prep using natural ingredients. And, as always, we'll channel some qi energy and treat ourselves to a hearty dinner before bed.

Spend your final full day participating in a number of different wellness workshops

Our trip has nearly come to a close, but we've still got a few important workshops before we can head home! The first workshop of today will be focused on manifestation. We'll learn about meditation, the Pyramid Manifestation system used to attract your intentions to you, and taking action in a holistic sense. Our next workshop will involve a variety of energy techniques ranging from cutting emotional and spiritual cords with swords of prana energy to building pyramid energy protection. This workshop will also include a 5 elements healing meditation. The rest of the day will feature some free time so that you can reflect on this amazing journey and prepare to travel home tomorrow.

Wrap up your transformative retreat with a Q&A

It's the final day of our retreat. Before we head to the airport, we'll use our time this morning for a Q&A session where you can ask any lingering questions that might be on your mind. And with that, you'll begin the journey back home, armed with a newly transformed mindset and a wealth of tools to address stress and negativity. Thanks so much for joining us!
