This six-day adventure combines stunning hikes, cultural experiences, and authentic Italian cuisine. From a guided trek along the Tre Cime de Lavaredo trail to a hands-on cooking class and a thrilling ziplining experience, every day is filled with activities designed to immerse you in the natural and cultural wonders of the Dolomites. We’ll also have time to relax and reflect, with optional yoga sessions and stargazing by the fire. This trip is all about adventure, connecting with nature, and experiencing the rich heritage of Italy in a way you won't soon forget!

Welcome to our Italian adventure

-Hey everyone! Welcome to our Italian adventure! I’m thrilled to have you all here with us. We’re starting off in Venice — after arrival, we'll be whisked away Cortina d'Ampezzo, the 'Queen of the Dolomites'.

-Once we get settled in, we’ll have some time to check in and unpack before our welcome light dinner.

-After dinner, we'll have an orientation session to go over things like the itinerary, talk about safety tips, and introduce ourselves to the group. It’s going to be an amazing experience, full of adventure, culture, and hiking — just what we came here for!

Day 2 · July 8, 2025
Our first foray into the Dolomites

-We’re starting our day with a delicious breakfast at the hotel. Grab a cup of coffee or tea, and let’s fuel up for the adventure ahead.

-Today, we’re heading out on a guided hike along the Tre Cime de Lavaredo trail. This will be a moderate 3-4 hour hike offering stunning views of the jagged peaks of the Dolomites. Bring your cameras!

-We’ll stop for lunch at a traditional mountain eatery, where you can enjoy local dishes and relax before continuing our hike.

-After our hike, we’ll return to our accommodation and enjoy some free time to rest, explore, or just take in the beauty around us.

-In the evening, we can come together for an optional yoga or stretching session to ease any sore muscles from today's adventures and set the tone for a good night's sleep.

Day 3 · July 9, 2025
Mixing adventure with flavor

-After breakfast, we’re heading out for a thrilling ziplining experience. Get ready to soar through the sky and get up close with the peaks of the Dolomites.

-After the adrenaline rush, we’ll take a more relaxed pace with a guided food tour in Cortina d'Ampezzo. This is your chance to taste the best local dishes, learn about traditional recipes, and enjoy some of the finest Italian cuisine.

The rest of the day is free for you to explore the quaint ski town however you wish.

Day 4 · July 10, 2025
Culinary adventures and nature's delights

-Welcome another exciting day with breakfast at the hotel.

-We're diving into the heart of Italian culture with a hands-on cooking class, learning how to make traditional dishes from the region and then enjoy the fruits of our labor together.

-After lunch, we’re off to explore the great outdoors with a trek through the Fanes-Sennes-Braies Nature Park. This will be a 2-hour hike that will lead us to the tranquil Fanes Waterfall or Lake Misurina, depending on what we choose.

-Once we’re back, you’ll have time to relax and freshen up before dinner.

-To end the day, we can come together for optional stargazing session or storytelling by the fire. Reflect on the day’s adventures and connect with the group under the night sky.

Day 5 · July 11, 2025
Bidding a bittersweet goodbye to Cortina d'Ampezzo

-It'll be a bittersweet day as we prepare to say goodbye to Cortina d'Ampezzo, but there’s still so much to enjoy!

-We'll only depart for Mestre in the afternoon, so take your time in the morning to explore local markets, pick up some souvenirs, or just unwind at the lodge.

-A group transfer will take us back to Mestre.

-Tonight, we’ll gather for a farewell dinner at a local trattoria. This is our chance to share stories, reflect on the trip, and enjoy a last meal together. It’s going to be a wonderful evening!

Day 6 · July 12, 2025
What an incredible journey

-All good things must end, and that includes our wonderful adventures in the Dolomites.

-After breakfast, it’s time to check out of our accommodation in Mestre.

-A smooth group transfer will take us to the airport for our flights home.

-This marks the end of our adventure in Italy — thank you all for joining me on this incredible journey. I hope you’ve made memories that will last a lifetime!

Refunds for deposits
We will hold your spot as soon as you put down your deposit. However, if you decide to cancel your trip, we will be unable to refund your deposit.

Refunds for balance payment
If you cancel your trip on or before May 3, 2025 at 11:59 PM local time (GMT +2), you will get a refund of the remaining balance. This may or may not include the deposit amount. See deposit refund section above.

If you cancel your trip from May 4, 2025 at 12:00 AM local time (GMT +2) onwards, no refunds will be issued.
