Day 1
Welcome to Italy! Journey to rustic Cortona for your first night of wellness under the Tuscan sun
Your artistic getaway starts here! Arriving at Florence Airport, we'll transport you through picturesque Tuscany to Cortona, a peaceful hilltop town. A cultural hotspot, Cortona will be the ideal place to escape, get creative, and get closer to yourself. Your artistic studio for the week will be the stunning Terzio di Danciano retreat, a space for mindfulness, self-expression, and relaxation. After your welcome Aperol Spritz, tasty lunch, and an afternoon of settling in, join your group for your first delicious Italian dinner and try some of Cortona's famous local wines. Salute! Before you turn in for the evening after a day of travel, enjoy a gorgeous sunset above the vineyards and fields of the Tuscan countryside, an unforgettable visage and one that'll surely inspire your creativity this week.
Day 2
Meditate on your inspirational surroundings, partake in today's art expression session, and immerse yourself in nature
Good morning! It's your first full day in the Tuscan countryside, and what better way to start it than with some morning yoga? After some breakfast, get set up for a morning of creativity, self-expression, and good fun. You'll use the scenic surroundings and Italian influences to learn a thing or two and sketch out something amazing in your first art expression session. There's nowhere better to get creative than Tuscany, birthplace of Michaelangelo and Donatello — the artists, not the turtles. Following this wonderful artistic exploration, indulge in a different way with a light lunch, and then the afternoon gifts us with the beauty of nature. We'll spend moments immersed in nature, connecting with its gentle beauty and discovering our surroundings. And during our free time afterwards, perhaps you might choose to paint in the finer details with more meditation or treat yourself to a trip to the spa! You get 2 hours of private spa per day, so why not cash that in now? Later, meet your group for a community dinner and join in a nightly sharing circle. The best way to wind down before calling it a night.

Day 3
Spend a day focusing on you and your artistic creations — ignite something in yourself
Awaken to yet another day to completely unwind in nature and rediscover yourself in Cortona. You'll enjoy more Italian delicacies today, recenter yourself with a morning yoga session, and then, with the beautiful countryside as our canvas, let the endless magic of nature take the the reins and lead us on a path to inspiration. Once our art expression session begins, flow into your own creative essence and work on something entirely new and unseen. Appreciate the ambiance of Cortona and channel the inspiration as it comes! Don't forget to clock in some of that spa time in the afternoon when we have our free moments. Then, after community dinner, build joy, playfulness, and trust with your fellow artisans during our nightly sharing circle, and say thanks to Tuscany for its delicious food and incomparable wine — be especially thankful for the latter. Then it's time for bed! Buona Notte!

Go wild with your freedom of artistic creation, embrace all parts of the self, and create something from a place of wholeness
Your final full day in Tuscany deserves some deep self-exploration, some illustrating, and some introspective reflection. Your morning yoga session will get you in the mood for a wholesome day, and a brilliant breakfast will energize you for all the creativity to come. Whether you're wandering in search of inspiration in Cortona's flower-flooded fields and vibrant vineyards, working on a shared canvas to create something with your fellow companions, or making something for yourself, this is the day to bring everything we have practiced thus far into use. You'll have plenty of opportunities between your final art expression session and tonight's community dinner to take in the landscape, add some texture to your life, and absorb all of the authentic Tuscan charm. End your escape to Tuscany with another famous sunset and reflect on the week with your newfound friends in your final sharing circle. Sogni d'oro — sweet dreams when they arrive.
Day 5
Ciao! Your artistic retreat has come to an end
It's the end, but the moment has been prepared for. After breakfast, we'll take you back to Florence for the trip home. Bid a fond farewell to your fellow artists — perhaps you'll have the opportunity to collaborate again in future on a fantastical project or even just polish off a bottle of Cortona Red. We hope that you've felt inspired, positively charged, and relaxed on your artistic retreat. See you again soon!
