TourHero, the retreat host, and the tour operator reserve the right to cancel or reschedule this trip up until July 16, 2024. If the departure is cancelled out of your control, you will be alerted by this date and will receive a full refund.
In this case, TourHero is not responsible for your preparation expenses, such as airline tickets, extra accommodations, loss of work, or any other cost associated with preparing for your trip. We recommend booking travel insurance, along with refundable flights/accommodations in case of cancellation.
Refunds for deposits
We will hold your spot as soon as you put down your deposit. However, if you decide to cancel your trip, we will be unable to refund your deposit.
Refunds for fully-paid trips
You may change or cancel your trip up until July 16, 2024 for a refund, excluding the deposit. After this date, no refunds will be given. You can change or cancel your trip in your TourHero account by clicking on Your Trips.
Trip cancellation due to COVID-19
A full credit will be issued if the tour is canceled when there is full border closure due to COVID-19 travel restrictions. This credit can go towards booking a future TourHero tour. Day 1 · October 21, 2024
Welcome to Bali – begin connecting with your fellow retreaters as we kick things off with a delicious welcome dinner and opening ceremony
Welcome to Bali, Indonesia – the Land of a Thousand Temples. Known for its spiritual atmosphere, surfside beaches, and lush jungles, Bali is the most popular island in the archipelago, welcoming all who seek its beauty. You’ll be spending your time at a luxe wellness resort in the town of Ubud. This cultural epicenter is surrounded by rice paddies, breathtaking temples, and a dense rainforest filled with majestic creatures.
Upon arrival, meet your group and your driver who will whisk you away to a jungle paradise. Check into your room, drop your bags, and let the retreat commence! You’ll have some free time to get your bearings and explore the resort. Use this time to recenter and align yourself with the stunning landscape.
As the sun sets, we’ll join together for a welcome dinner, where you’ll get to know your host, Dev, and celebrate the coming together of our group. From here, we’ll officially kick off the retreat with our opening ceremony! Prepare for a life-changing journey and allow yourself to open up to the possibility of growth and change. Day 2 · October 22, 2024
A day of yoga and nature: Explore one of Bali’s hidden gems, the surreal Bali Pulina coffee plantation – strolling through the jungle while we enjoy a tour and tasting
Your wellness journey truly begins today as you wake up to comforting jungle sounds and lush greenery all around! We’ll start our day with a morning yoga session that will help us wake up the mind, open the heart, and prepare our senses for a day filled with joy and exploration.
After breakfast, we’ll head out on our first adventure to the Bali Pulina Coffee Plantation for a tour and tasting. Upon arrival, we’ll be greeted by a local guide who will take us through the property and explain the growing process, Bali’s unique coffee culture, and introduce us to the civet (the small precious animal responsible for Luwak coffee). You’ll sample a variety of flavors and even try the famous Luwak coffee. The coffee plantation is also a great photo opportunity as there are many incredible views, a large platform overhanging the rice paddies, and jungle bridges along the way! We’ll also indulge in some local snacks before we return to the resort for a relaxing evening of dinner and a fire circle to finish the day. (Please note: This is an optional excursion. While included in the price, you can choose to hang back at the resort or book your own adventures.)
Day 3 · October 23, 2024
This is a day of deep practice as we overcome our fears, step into our highest self, and uncover our fullest potential
We’ll start the day with a morning yoga workshop focused on overcoming fear and embracing our power! Together we’ll be getting upside down as we develop our inversions (no experience needed, beginners are welcome). Inversions (example inversion: headstand) are postures that require us to try new things, challenge our limiting thought patterns, and invite playful childlike energy into our experience. As we overcome our fear we clear space for joy and pleasure to blossom! This expansive morning practice will be followed by a powerful dip in the ice plunge pool (optional).
We'll continue our divine odyssey by visiting a holy spring for a purification ceremony. We’ll learn about the temple grounds, its history, and how to complete the holy bath that will help us cleanse our physical and spiritual bodies.
After we return to the resort for lunch, we’ll have time for personal leisure which can be used for sunning, spa pampering, or exploration. We’ll close out another great day with dinner at the resort and a circle around the fire, honoring the element of cleansing and rebirth as we reflect together on all that we’ve accomplished thus far.
Day 4 · October 24, 2024
Spend the morning snorkeling in idyllic Nusa Penida between sunrise and sunset yoga sessions
Rise and shine to another majestic day in Bali with a morning yoga session and delectable breakfast spread at the resort. We’re starting early today because at 8:00 am, we’re headed to the tropical island of Nusa Penida for a snorkeling adventure in the turquoise sea. We’ll hop on a boat and cruise around the island to some of the best spots to see colorful fish and an array of underwater creatures. Your captain and crew will provide the snorkeling gear, so all you’ll need is a bathing suit and towel. (Please note: This is an optional excursion. While included in the price, you can choose to hang back at the resort or book your own adventures.)
After a morning on the water and a tasty lunch while out, we’ll return to the resort and have some free time to rest, reflect, and hang by the pools as you soak up more of that Indonesian sun. Once the evening rolls around, we’ll come together for a group dinner and close out the day with a relaxing Yin yoga session and guided meditation. As we slow down together, we will release any tension and blockages you’ve been holding onto (physical and non-physical) as we offer loving gratitude to both the universe and yourself.
Day 5 · October 25, 2024
Our final full day: Morning yoga practice, an afternoon of leisure enjoying the island, and a very special closing ceremony event
On our final full day together we have early morning yoga and an extra special evening experiencing one of my favorite healing offerings on the island -- ecstatic dance at the Yoga Barn! But in the between hours you are free to go where your heart takes you. Maybe you’ll journey to a neighboring village or temple, or maybe you’re craving a spa day or more pool time. No matter what you choose, take it all in and soak up every moment of the magic – for tomorrow we begin the journey home.
Day 6 · October 26, 2024
Bid Bali farewell!
After a transformative week together here in Indonesia, it’s time to pack up and say our goodbyes.
Enjoy one final breakfast in paradise before we take our group transfer to the airport to catch your flight home – moving forward in life feeling renewed, reborn, and reconnected to the divine being that you are, and have always been. Safe travels and be well!

Will TourHero or the operator take care of my visa (if applicable)?
