When we're not focusing on wellness, we'll take time to visit nearby cultural and natural landmarks in addition to a day tour of the island of Nusa Penida. We'll then move onto Lovina where we will complete the second half of our retreat in a state of pure tranquility. Healing and empowerment await as you land in Bali for your 10-day journey invoking both relaxation and adventure. After gathering our bags at the airport, we'll transfer to our eco-resort tucked away in the verdant fields of Tabanan. Known for a refreshing sense of solitude, Tabanan is the perfect location to begin working towards inner balance via meditation, fitness, and fulfilling excursions. For today, we'll have an opening circle where you can meet your fellow retreat-goers before a welcome dinner. Then, under a blanket of tranquility, we'll get some rest.
Rise to a heavenly scene as morning caresses the fields of Tabanan. We'll begin our day with a session of yoga and meditation, giving your system time to naturally awaken and align with your surroundings. We'll then embark on a day tour of the Tabanan area with multiple incredible stops. First is Lempuyang Temple known for its ridiculously scenic gate before continuing towards Tirta Gangga Palace. We'll round out the tour with a visit to Tukad Cepung, a gorgeous waterfall that feels like nature's parallel to the palaces and temples in the region. With that, it's back to the retreat where we will eat dinner and enjoy a calm evening.
To truly address holistic wellness, one must heal the mind, the soul, and the body. Today will give us a chance to address all three systems via yoga, meditation, and a fitness session. Morning yoga and meditation will energize us before a pre-lunch workout session. Guided by Meryem, you'll relearn movement and exercise as a joyful expression of the inner self. Then, after a spot of afternoon free time, we'll have another session of yoga and meditation to help release any tension before bed.
Ready for a brief change of scenery? We're saying goodbye to our retreat for today as we head towards Nusa Penida, a nearby island known for its dramatic rock formations and dreamy waters. Our tour includes three different stops for snorkeling, each one more scenic and perfect than the last. From Crystal Bay to Gamat Bay and then finally to Mangrove Point, you'll be able to dive beneath the waves and discover a marine world that looks like an underwater work of art. We'll also have a few sightseeing stops along the way, ranging from the vibrant and picturesque Yellow Bridge to the aptly-named Dream Beach. We'll also visit Devil's Tears, a series of tide pools that is perfect for staring out over the horizon.
Good morning! It's our last full day in Tabanan; we're departing for our next destination tomorrow morning. With this in mind, rise early and head to our morning practice with full awareness and clarity. Allow movement and meditation to invigorate your system. As the connection between your mind and body strengthens, you'll feel a sense of inner calm and balance. In the afternoon, you'll have lots of free time to truly appreciate the amenities of the retreat and the unique beauty of Tabanan. Just slow things down and flow with the rhythm of Bali!
Rise to your last Tabanan morning and thank this location for all the amazing memories you've formed. After breakfast, we're off to Lovina! Before we reach our accommodation, though, we'll be making a stop in Ubud for an exciting tour of some of the local landmarks. The glowing Tegalalang Rice Terrace and the Monkey Forest will demonstrate the unfiltered natural wonder of Ubud while the Royal Palace and the Ubud Market will give you a glimpse into the local culture. With this rewarding tour complete, we'll continue onto Lovina just in time for a blazing sunset over the ocean as we check into our accommodation, eat some dinner, and call it a day.

Feel the warm sand beneath your feet, listen to the gentle lull of the waves, and let the easy beauty of the coastline rejuvenate your soul. Take a leisurely stroll along the shore, bask in the sun, or simply find a peaceful spot to unwind and connect with nature. As the day draws to a close, return to the retreat for a wellness workshop where you can work on defining your intentions and discovering a path towards continued wellness.
It's our last full day in Bali! For the most part, our schedule is the same: morning practice followed by a workout session before lunch. You're encouraged to greet these sessions with as much intention and clarity as possible; try to take note of how you can continue this passionate, spirit-driven lifestyle after returning home. Then, in the evening, we'll gather as a group for a farewell dinner where we can laugh over memories and bond over the inner progress we've made.
Rise to our final hours in Lovina. Morning practice will lead us to a closing circle where we will find closure and look towards the future with optimism. You'll then depart from the retreat and head to the airport. Fly home as a more empowered version of yourself, capable of finding your own freedom and forging your own path.
