Cancellation policy
TourHero, the retreat host, and the tour operator reserve the right to cancel or reschedule this trip up until July 21, 2023. If the departure is cancelled out of your control, you will be alerted by July 21, 2023 and will receive a full refund.
In this case, TourHero is not responsible for your preparation expenses, such as airline tickets, extra accommodations, loss of work, or any other cost associated with preparing for your trip. We recommend booking travel insurance, along with refundable flights/accommodations in case of cancellation.
Refunds for deposits
We will hold your spot as soon as you put down your deposit. However, if you decide to cancel your trip, we will be unable to refund your deposit.

Day 1
Welcome to Bali – shift into relaxation mode at your jungle resort and meet the group at a welcome dinner
Welcome to Bali, Indonesia – the Land of a Thousand Temples. Known for its spiritual atmosphere, surfside beaches, and lush jungles, Bali is the most popular island in the archipelago, welcoming all who seek its beauty. You’ll be spending your time in a luxe resort in the town of Ubud. This cultural epicenter is surrounded by rice paddies, breathtaking temples, and a dense rainforest filled with majestic creatures.
Upon arrival, you’ll clear customs and meet your driver who will whisk you away to your jungle paradise. Your resort is perched on rice terraces overlooking the lush landscape. Check into your room, drop your bags, and let this wellness retreat commence!
When the sun sets, we’ll come together for a welcome dinner, where you’ll meet your host, Darielle, and get to know the group. Grab your drink of choice and toast to a life-changing journey!
Day 2
Spend the day immersed in Bali’s culture by meeting with a local astrologer before a purification ceremony at the holy water temple; close out the day with Yoga Nidra
Your wellness journey truly begins today as you wake up to comforting jungle sounds and lush greenery all around. After breakfast at the resort, we’ll head to the village of Mas, known for its time-honored wood-carvings passed down for decades. Unique to the island of Bali, we’ll learn all about the craft and even try our hand at carving!
Next, we’ll meet the village priest and astrologer who will teach us about the concept of destiny using ancient and mysterious methods. With the help of our local guide, we’ll each receive a reading. Immediately after, the priest will perform a private blessing for the group in the sanctity of the house temple.
We’ll continue on this sacred odyssey with a trip to the holy water temple of Tirta Empul for a purification ceremony. We’ll learn about the temple grounds, its history, and how to complete the holy bath.
Our last stop of the day is along a quiet river, where we’ll indulge in a private, 3-course picnic lunch, carefully prepared by a local chef. Soak in nature’s beauty as you enjoy an array of Balinese fare. From here, we’ll return to the resort after a long and fulfilling day, where we’ll have dinner as a group and close out the night with a relaxing Yoga Nidra session led by Darielle.
Day 3
Enjoy a free day at the resort to rest and relax, then close out the day with a breathwork session in the shala
Today we rest, as we have a free and clear schedule. Wake up at your own pace, enjoy a sumptuous breakfast overlooking the jungle, and see where the day takes you. In the early evening, we’ll come together for a breathwork session led by Darielle. Through sacred breathing techniques, Darielle will help us release that which no longer serves us and clear energetic blocks in the body. Close out the night with a stellar dinner and offer the universe gratitude for another perfect day in paradise.
Day 4
Get camera-ready for an optional photo shoot at the resort before an evening Cellular Regeneration Meditation with Darielle
Awake to another beautiful day in Bali with a free and clear schedule. You can spend the day relaxing by the pool, book a pampering spa treatment, or consider an optional makeup session and photo shoot with Darielle. Her 17 years of experience working in Hollywood and NYC with A-list celebrities will make you look and feel like a star! (See packages in the add-on section below.)
No matter how you choose to spend your day, we’ll come together for dinner then participate in a Cellular Regeneration Meditation led by Darielle. Learn how to strengthen your body, mind, and spirit from the inside out.
Day 5
Chase waterfalls on an optional Ubud waterfall and temple tour
With a free and clear schedule, Ubud is your oyster, but we suggest booking a half-day tour to visit the stunning Tegenungan Waterfall and Gunung Kawi Temple. Darielle will also be offering a limited number of photo packages at these locations, so you can either enjoy the tour at your own pace or leave the experience with some star-status shots. (See add-ons below for more information.)
Day 6
Swing high above the Tegalalang Rice Field on the Bali Swing and enjoy some delectable Balinese coffee on an optional excursion before our farewell dinner
It’s our last full day in Bali, and you can make it as relaxing or adventurous as you’d like! While you can have the day to yourself, you also have the option of booking another excursion that will take you to the iconic Tegalalang Rice Field. Here, you can walk through the area before enjoying coffee at a posh cafe and swing high above the greenery on the famous Bali Swing. You can also book a makeup session and photo shoot with Darielle at these locations, which will make for a stunning backdrop. (See add-ons below for more information.)
When the sun sets, we’ll come together for a farewell dinner at the resort where we can share our reflections and musings from an incredible six days well-spent in Bali. The night will also feature a traditional dance performance to close out a once-in-a-lifetime cultural immersion. Smile, breathe, and give thanks for a blessed retreat.
Day 7
Say goodbye to Bali and all her beauty
Who can believe this retreat has come to an end? After six full days in this sacred landscape, we hope you leave here feeling rested, relaxed, and renewed with spiritual tools to use once you return home. We’ll enjoy one final breakfast then take our transfer to the airport to catch our flights. Safe travels and be well!
