Cancellation policy
TourHero, the retreat host, and the tour operator reserve the right to cancel or reschedule this trip up until June 25, 2024. If the departure is canceled out of your control, you will be alerted by this date and will receive a full refund.
In this case, TourHero is not responsible for your preparation expenses, such as airline tickets, extra accommodations, loss of work, or any other cost associated with preparing for your trip. We recommend booking travel insurance, along with refundable flights/accommodations in case of cancellation.
Refunds for deposits
We will hold your spot as soon as you put down your deposit. However, if you decide to cancel your trip, we will be unable to refund your deposit.
Refunds for fully-paid trips
You may change or cancel your trip by June 25, 2024 for a refund, excluding the deposit. After this date, no refunds will be given. You can change or cancel your trip in your TourHero account by clicking on Your Trips.
Trip cancellation due to COVID-19
A full credit will be issued if the tour is canceled when there is full border closure due to COVID-19 travel restrictions. This credit can go towards booking a future TourHero tour. In the tranquil arms of Bali, meet your fellow travelers
The air is still, a warm breeze drifts on the wind, and a feeling of peace hangs in the atmosphere. Welcome to Bali! Your wellness retreat in Pelaga, a community in the center of the island, begins today. Once you've gathered your luggage, we will transfer from the airport to our accommodation, a beautiful and comfortable resort that blends harmoniously with its pristine natural surroundings. For tonight, our only goal is to get to know one another, so once you're settled, head to a welcome dinner. A sense of community will be established here as you greet everyone else and share your intentions for the days to come.
Day 2 · August 30, 2024
Slip into the schedule of the retreat
It’s the first full day of our retreat, and it’s an opportunity to slow down your pace and enter into a more relaxed, intentional schedule here in Bali. We begin early with a Radiant Rising Rituals, a practice that will give you energy and clarity as you begin the day. Breakfast with the group follows before some free time. Then, after community lunch, we will come together for a Conscious Co-Creation Circle, a space where you can collaborate with others and allow your creativity to flourish without judgment. During community dinner, take mental note of what you are thankful for from the day and then head to our final session of the day, Christ Teachings. Here, you’ll learn how to extend yourself beyond your immediate surroundings as you connect with cosmic, universal energy.

Ignite Your Creativity during an Awakening Genius Activation
Good morning! It is another beautiful day in Bali, and you awaken feeling energized and ready for the day’s opportunities. We begin with our Radiant Rising Rituals, delicious meals, and free time that you can use for whatever will best serve you today. Then, after lunch, we will have our Awakening Genius Activation, our first session of creative activations from Dijon. Here, you will be able to tap into limitless creative energy and strengthen your own spiritual awareness. It’s bound to be highly transformative, so simply place your trust in your guide and allow the process to unfold. Our day ends much the same as the previous, with a community dinner and Christ Teachings.
Day 4 · September 1, 2024
Tour Bali: Watch a cultural dance, visit a gorgeous rice terrace, and purify yourself at a temple
Looking to get out and explore a bit? Bali is a stunning island with a deep culture, so we are going to spend today getting acquainted with this one-of-a-kind destination. After our morning ritual and breakfast, we will begin a full-day tour. Our first stop will be a Barong dance performance, a traditional Balinese dance that is characterized by its elaborate costumes, intricate choreography, and rich cultural significance. From here, we will continue onwards to the Tegalalang Rice Terrace, a landscape of terraced rice fields that seems to perfectly capture the serenity that Bali is known for. Our final stop of the day will be at Tirta Empul Temple, a Hindu water temple with a sacred spring that is believed to have healing properties. It's been a site of pilgrimage for centuries, and we will complete our tour by bathing in the spring, praying, and meditating within this impressive and highly spiritual temple complex.
Day 5 · September 2, 2024
Another relaxing and enriching day at the retreat
Connecting with Bali yesterday was a true delight. We will return to our regular schedule today with a new sense of invigoration and purpose, carrying with us the powerful spirituality and tranquility that we observed on our tour yesterday. If you are interested in exploring Bali further, though, you are welcome to book an optional tour today to see even more. Snorkeling, mountain cycling, and rafting are available for those who want an adventure; waterfalls, temples, and markets can be visited for those who desire to learn more about the culture of Bali. (Optional tours not included in price; see add-ons below.)

Learn how to live a fulfilling life by discovering your dharma
With the sun bringing light to the verdant hills of Pelaga, greet the day and head to our Radiant Rising Ritual. Our day proceeds as normal from here, with plenty of free time to allow you to fully embody the principles that we have been working on. After lunch, we have a new activity planned: the Discover Your Dharma Experience. This session will help you learn key principles that are unique to you and your own path towards enlightenment and fulfillment. These are lessons that will continue to benefit you long after the retreat comes to a close, so be as present as possible and absorb these gifts.

Embrace play and the unknown on our final full day
It's the last full day of our retreat, and thoughts of the future are likely lingering in your mind. Today, we take the pressure off, giving you space to play and embrace whimsy in the afternoon. This will help remind you that the process we have begun here is a malleable, ongoing one. This is not some school that you are graduating... you are merely being offered a new path and a new perspective, and you can continue along this path even after our retreat comes to an end. This feeling of embracing the future and the unknown will be further built upon with our closing ceremony, a communal gathering that celebrates what we have shared and the possibilities that await us.

Bid farewell to Bali and all its amazing moments
We have reached the end of our time together. One final morning ritual and community breakfast will cap things off before we return to the airport to fly home. We have shared a powerful, invigorating, and fun experience... It's now time for you to move forward and continue learning about yourself and your world in new ways! Thanks so much for joining us, and be well.

What happens if I need to cancel my trip?

Will TourHero or the operator take care of my visa (if applicable)?
Travelers are responsible for researching visa requirements and obtaining a visa if needed. Please check government websites to ensure you have the necessary documents, along with passport requirements, before your departure date. This includes necessary transit visas, permits, and vaccinations required prior to travel and any required reciprocity fees for the destination. TourHero will provide a booking confirmation document after purchase, which may be needed to obtain a visa.
If your visa is denied for any reason, TourHero will issue a refund based on the cancellation policy. However, we are unable to provide a refund after the cancellation due date has passed.
