Kat, Director of the Leelanau Wellness Collective, is a yoga and Pilates instructor with over a decade of experience. After a college lacrosse injury in 2012, she turned to yoga and meditation for healing, later training in India under T.K.V. Desikachar’s direct students. Specializing in stress management, mobility, and nervous system health, Kat creates accessible classes that blend mindfulness, alignment, and breathwork. She also designs retreats that weave movement, local cuisine, and outdoor adventures to help participants rest and reconnect with nature.
Jenna has been leading yoga and fitness classes since 2007, guiding teacher trainings, mentoring instructors, and managing studios. With a background in graphic design and advertising, she ultimately followed her passion for movement and never looked back. Her teaching style balances challenge and play, depth and adventure, always inviting students to explore their bodies and souls. Now based in Traverse City after years in Chicago and Southern California, Jenna embraces the NoMi lifestyle—hiking, paddleboarding, and cooking whenever she can.
