On this yoga and wellness retreat, you will spend five nights in France with Josh, an experienced yoga practitioner and instructor, who invites you to bring every part of yourself and unmask what restricts you from embodying full authenticity in not only your wellness routine, but your day-to-day life.
This journey includes daily yoga practice, pristine and peaceful resort accommodations in the rolling pine forests of the South of France, informative and active workshops, wholesome meals, and journeys into the surrounding landscape to explore, relax, or adventure. All of this is alongside retreat goers with the same intentions as you, cheering you on and supporting you each and every step of the way.

-Welcome to France, the home base for the journey to come. We will all meet up for the first time upon arrival at Marseille Provence Airport to take our group transfer to the resort. As we travel to our retreat location, start soaking up the tranquil South of France views.
-We’ll arrive at Villa des Baumes and check into this haven that we will enjoy for the duration of our retreat. Take some time to settle into your accommodations, then we will gather together for our first night together.
-Before dinner, we will take a moment to reflect on and discuss our intentions for the coming days. A delicious meal followed time to rest or enjoy the resort’s amenities cap off the evening, as we renew for the day to come.
-Good morning, travelers – as you awake from your first refreshing night of sleep, greet the morning and golden sun rays with yoga led by Josh. We will then have a freshly-made brunch together before our workshop of the day.
-Today, our workshop concentrates on meditation. Opening our minds to the infinite possibilities ahead allows us to move forward with intention.
-After a well deserved free time, we will then step into a sunset stretch & restore surrounded by the beauty of our venue, sweeping pine forests and rolling hills painting the horizon..
-Tonight is for dinner and time to reflect, relax, and rest after a day full of learning and discovery. Get ready for another day to dive deeper tomorrow.
-We begin another day of embracing authenticity and alignment just as before, with a morning yoga session and nourishing brunch all together. This time allows us to connect as we move into the day ahead alongside each other with shared goals.
-We will dive into another workshop, this time pertaining to Surya Namaskar, powerful sequences that consciously flow from one pose to the next. As we coordinate our bodies, breath, and spirits, let the energy lift your aspirations for our learning even higher.
-From here, you are free to explore the resort's gorgeous grounds and luxury amenities, reflect on your intentions, or get to know your fellow retreat-goers on a deeper level through smaller group activities. It is up to you how you take on this free time.
-We will gather for a sunset yin yoga session before we head to dinner together, ending a day of deepening and energizing our yoga practices. We trust your spirit feels both invigorated and serene, eager to continue the learning we’ve begun. See you in the morning!
-Another grand rising in France – the air is crisp and fresh, and our spirits are calm and renewed. Rouse today with a morning yoga session first, followed by a hearty brunch.
-An arm-balances and inversions workshop will push you to try new skills and sharpen some seasoned tricks, all with the support of Josh and your fellow yogis. Celebrate every moment of trying something new here and embrace the spirit of play.
-After, take on a gentle flow with the sunset as our backdrop, followed by another dinner prepared with delicious, fresh ingredients we’ve come to expect and always enjoy here. We will then retire to our rooms, ready for a full night of rest after the day of exploration we enjoyed today.
-As the sun rises over the retreat on our last full day together, inhale the energy that fills the air around you, and prepare to take on whatever the day brings with intention, strength, and enjoyment. Starting the day with a morning yoga session and continuing into our first meal of the day, we invite ourselves and each other to fully unmask and embrace what we learn about our practice, our intentions, and ourselves with full authenticity.
-Our schedule for most of today is open, offering a world of possibilities for relaxing at the resort, venturing out into town, or immersing yourself in nature.
-Your afternoon is free to use as you see fit before we gather for our final sunset together. As we flow through this restorative session, matching our breath with our bodies, invite your spirit to fill with gratitude for all you have gained on this journey.
-We then come together for our farewell dinner, sharing tales of times shared and memories made, both together and alongside ourselves on our inner journeys. Finally, let’s retreat to our rooms one final time for a night of rest, perhaps filled with dreams of all that has been and what is to come.
-Today, we head home after a wonderful time of exploration within. A final morning yoga session and brunch to begin, then we will gather for a moment to set our closing intentions and to share our takeaways from our journey.
