Day 1
Welcome to Dubrovnik, Croatia – an ancient coastal city that boasts history, culture, and vibrant nightlife
Welcome, travelers, to the first stop on this Croatian adventure! Here in Dubrovnik, enjoy the ancient streets, baroque churches, and pristine coastline with cerulean waters. This walled city is sure to impress, and you’ll see it from the best vantage point possible on a sunset boat tour! Upon arrival, your driver will pick you up from the airport and bring you to your hostel to get settled. From here, enjoy the sights and sounds of this majestic city on a boat tour as the sun sinks into the Adriatic Sea. This first day will be a memorable one, so grab a drink and toast to friends new and old!
Day 2
Explore Dubrovnik on a city walking tour then take a boat ride to the island of Hvar
Good morning, travelers! After breakfast, we’ll head out on a guided walking tour of the city where we’ll learn about the 12th century wall that encapsulates Old Town before making our way inside. Our guide will take us to landmarks, such as the Stradun (the main street), Fort Revelin, Minceta Tower, and many more while we immerse ourselves in the city’s history, culture, and mix of baroque, gothic, and Renaissance architecture. From here, you’ll have time to grab lunch at a local cafe before we head to the docks for a jet catamaran ride to the island of Hvar. The island's port features 13th century walls and is known as a summer haven for travelers far and wide. Check into the hostel and start exploring, as the night is yours for the taking. If you’re looking to party, this is the place to be! Just talk to your hostel hosts, and they’ll send you in the right direction.
Day 3
Enjoy a speedboat tour to the Blue Cave before traveling to Split
Rise and shine, adventure seekers! Head to the main plaza for breakfast, snap a few final photos along the way, then venture to the docks for a killer speedboat tour around Hvar. The speedboat capacity is for 12 people, so book early to secure your spot! First, our captain will take us to the iconic Blue Cave where we’ll have the chance to take pictures and enjoy its magical atmosphere. From here, we’ll head to the Vis and Pakleni islands for swimming, sunning, and a whole lot of relaxation. We’ll have plenty of time to float in the azul waters, check out the gorgeous coastline, and see some of the most beautiful beaches in Croatia! After the tour, we’ll head back to Hvar for lunch before taking a catamaran to Split, our final stop on this Croatian adventure. Upon arrival, we’ll check into the hostel and have the night to ourselves for dinner, drinks, and fun!
Day 4
Discover the hidden wonders of Split on a guided bike tour and Old Town walking tour
After a restful night’s sleep, we’ll eat a hearty meal before enjoying a bike tour of Split with a private guide. We’ll ride along the coastline and see all the important landmarks, such as the 1,700-year-old city walls, Poljud Stadium, and Marjan Hill where we'll enjoy the best view of the town. We’ll take breaks for pictures and learn the history of the area before heading back downtown for lunch. In the afternoon, we’ll head out again for another guided tour, but this time, we’ll walk through Old Town, learning the ins and outs of Split’s history and culture. We’ll explore the heart of this UNESCO World Heritage Site, stopping by the magnificent Diocletian's Palace, the Cathedral of Domnius, and St. Francis Church to name a few. After a full day of history and exploration, freshen up at the hostel and indulge in a night on the town with your group. Split is known for its incredible seafood and killer nightlife. Live it up!
Day 5
Travel to Krka National Park for a guided tour and wine tasting
Now that we’ve learned the history of Split, it’s time to get out of the city and into nature with a trip to Krka National Park. After breakfast, we’ll take a guided tour of the park, walking the boardwalk through the waterfalls and magnificent tropical backdrop. We’ll pass the Skradinski Buk waterfall and enjoy a boat ride down the river to the town of Skradin where we can swim in the crystal waters of the falls and eat lunch at our leisure. From here, we’ll make our way to the charming village of Plastovo for a private wine tasting, learning the ins and outs of production from a local wine maker as we sip a delicious local treat. We’ll also take a brief respite in the town of Sibenik, a charming village known as the gateway to some of Croatia’s most beautiful islands. After our transfer brings us back to the hostel, we’ll have the rest of the night to explore downtown Split and enjoy the energy of the city until the sun comes up.
Day 6
Get wet and wild on a kayak tour and cliff jumping adventure
We hope you got a good night’s sleep because today is packed with fun and adventure! After breakfast, we’ll start our day with a kayak tour of the coastline, working with a partner in double kayaks. Our guide will show us Split from a new perspective, paddling around the coastline with ample time to take pictures and enjoy the scenery. From here, we’ll make our way out of the water and up into the cliffs for a cliff jumping experience! You’ll have time to swim, snorkel, jump, and enjoy the Croatian sun with an expert guide who will show you the right places to enjoy this adrenaline activity. After some heart-pumping excitement, we’ll make our way down to Bacvice Beach where we’ll have the chance to play a traditional Croatian beach game called Picigin. This is your last day in Croatia, so let loose and make this night count!
Day 7
Say goodbye to the coastal towns and beautiful islands of Croatia
We’ve explored the cities, we’ve taken to the high seas for island exploration, and we’ve even hiked through the natural backdrop of a national park, but now it’s time to say goodbye to unforgettable experiences and new friends. After breakfast, we’ll pack up and start the journey home. Make sure you exchange those phone numbers and swap pictures before taking your transfer to the airport. We hope you had the perfect trip and will travel with us again soon!
