-This afternoon, our Pilates journey continues with an invigorating afternoon workout using equipment, targeting your side body and enhancing your core stability and balance.
-Afterwards, we gather in a space of introspection for a reflection circle, sharing our experiences and closing our journey through a meaningful closing ritual.
-We end our final evening together with a farewell dinner and an evening breathwork session focused on our career and aspirations. As we tuck in for our final evening of rest in this paradise, let the peaceful energies relax you for ideal sleep and restoration before we depart.
