Day 1
Welcome to Miami, Florida – the gateway to your island-hopping adventure!
Welcome to Miami, a city that boasts wild nightlife, a vibrant art scene, incredible gastronomy, and pristine beaches. Hang downtown or grab a cabana on the beach but make sure you’re at the boat before 3:00 pm for check-in. The ship will depart at 3:30 pm, but the bars, restaurants, and fun will be ready and waiting! Head to the pool, grab a drink and relax or get to know the layout of the ship, exploring the ins and outs of the entertainment venues, restaurants, and activities. The journey begins now. Live it up as we set sail!
Day 2
Free day on the ship to relax and enjoy the various amenities
Good morning and welcome to the high seas! As we make our way to the islands, we’ll have a full day of free time on the ship. Grab breakfast and spend some time at the pool or pamper yourself at the spa. There’s also the ropes course, Sports Square, and waterslides waiting for you to let loose and play! Today is the perfect day to check out the various restaurants and lounges, too. After dinner, spend your night at a comedy show, have a drink at the piano lounge, or get crazy at the club. Whether you want a fun night at the casino, a chill and relaxed getaway, or a fine-dining experience with friends, Carnival Sunrise has everything you need!
Day 3
Enjoy a half-day stop at Grand Turk and book an island excursion
Rise and shine, cruisers! Today, we’ll spend half the day on Grand Turk. You can sit on the beach and enjoy the pristine sands or get adventurous! Book a snorkeling and stingray excursion, cruise around the island on a hummer tour, take a cooking class, go sightseeing, grab some traditional Caribbean food, or check out the local museums. At 2:30 pm, the boat will depart for our next adventure. You’ll have the rest of the afternoon and evening to enjoy the shows, the food, and the bars. Go where the night takes you and enjoy the ride!
Day 4
Spend the day on the beach at Princess Cays
Wake up ready to attack the day as we dock at Princess Cays. Here, we’ll enjoy a full day on land to swim, lay on the beach, play, and eat the local fare. You’ll have time to book a snorkeling excursion, go surf fishing, take a clear-bottom kayak out to explore the sea, or enjoy a glass-bottom boat cruise around the island. The possibilities are endless on this little slice of paradise, so live it up before we get back on the boat. The ship will depart at 5:30 pm for another night of fun on the water. Head to the Lido Deck and let loose at the ship’s Mega Party, spend your night at one of the live shows, or grab a bottle of champagne in one of the lounges with friends as the sun sets on the horizon.
Day 5
Full day at Nassau, Bahamas for food and fun!
Good morning, cruisers! Today, we’ll dock in Nassau, the capital city of the Bahamas, where we’ll have the entire day to explore the island and enjoy the beauty of the Caribbean. Nassau is known for its beaches, but this bustling metropolis has so much to see! You can spend the day on the shoreline, book a historical tour, check out all the great food and shopping options downtown, explore the art scene, head to Balmoral Island for a private beach experience, or take a catamaran cruise around the island on a party boat. The possibilities are literally endless, and on this trip, you get to choose your own adventure every step of the way! We’ll get back on the boat and depart at 5:00 pm, which means we have one more night of cruising fun! Grab dinner with your group, make some new friends, and enjoy this final night at sea!
Day 6
Say goodbye to the sea and a solid spring break cruise
After breakfast, it’s time to pack up and say goodbye to Carnival Sunrise. Make sure you exchange numbers with new friends before leaving the ship! From the docks, you can spend a night in Miami or head to the airport and make your way home. We hope you had a memorable trip. Safe travels, friends!
