The perfect time to visit Indonesia is during its dry season between April and October. Between early July and mid-September is your best bet for outdoor activities as it isn't quite as humid.
Indonesia's wet season runs from November to March, so avoid this period if you plan on enjoying outdoor activities such as hikes and watersports, or just pool-going. The dry season is the most popular with tourists, however, but June to August is still the best time to go.
If you’re wanting to explore, make sure you stay hydrated as the humidity can be a lot — you'll be thankful for air-conditioning and days of rain to cool you down.
